I sent a message to Logitech Customer Support expressing my displeasure at the fact that the 7.5.1 firmware updated did not fix the key issues that many people are having - radio turns off by itself after turn on, alarm functions do not work properly when using MSB.com and the artwork not updating properly.
The response was surprising - it is below in QUOTES. Please let me know what you think about this..... "At this point we are actually replacing Radios for this reason. We believe it is not a firmware bug that we can fix, but actually a hardware issue with overheating. Our Engineers monitor the forums, but our support staff does not, to answer your question there.
