I never use MySB as I have a vortexbox running 24/7. Radio has been rock solid and has woken me up each morning without fail. (Fallback alarm has gone off once in the last 2-3months).
I use a number of plugins and patches to fix issues that have been raised in the thread. The Patch for the Alarm to make it display a large clock is great, and fixes what I agree is an issue. I sometimes have issues with radio streams, but this is normally an issue with my net connection of the wireless network in my house. ie the kids are moving large files or watching youtube on the network at the same time. I have set the alarm to play a playlist called alarm with a single track, which I change. Once awake I then push the preset to get the radio stream working. While not what everyone wants is works and stops all the issues with the fallback alarm starting because of the bufferring of the stream.
