You can complain all you want here too but none that can solve your problem reads your complains here, Logitech support staff don't monitor this community forum anymore. They did read this forum earlier but this is no longer the case, read the sticky thread for more information: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=80919 Generally, my feeling is that prioritization within Logitech is largely based on what people complains about to the official Logitech support staff. So if they get a lot of complains about something that doesn't work, they prioritize it for the next delivery. So if you feel that something doesn't work as advertised, please use one of the above mentioned channels to make sure they know about it.
