"Cannot resolve IP address" is usually a network problem - specifically DNS. There is no point reinstalling plugins or even LMS as that won't help unless you think something has got corrupted. You may also be experienncing a separate BBC problem where ther feed for "Listen Again" has broken. This should not affect live station.
What version is the LMS ? IIRC LMS used to use some specific DNS server to test network connection not necessarily the one confgured. If the sourceforge and repos cannot be accessed - you have some sort of network issues. Usual starting point is to reboot all network devices to clear caches etc. - modem,router and LMS system. All off and then bring them up one ata time modem, router and finally LMS.
