The setting files for the Radio are in /etc/squeezeplay/userpath however, you'll need to change the MAC address in settings/SlimDiscovery.lua to match that of the new radio before restoring the files.
Jive updates the settings files during operation, so you'll need to kill the /usr/bin/jive process on the new radio and quickly restore the modified settings files before the watchdog timer reboots the radio. Not sure you can disable the watchdog timer.
