I like WiFi6. So for the couple wireless SB clients we have, we just
bind them to the router (a very early production AX88U that can handle

What is "bind them"? Do you mean ethernet cable or something else?

The nearest neighbors house is around three hundred feet; when choosing
the wifi source, in addition to my router and repeaters, there's always
a couple rogue networks shown, so interference is a possibility.

Well, I got my Spotify back and three radios up on the modified network.
Although not completely satisfactory, I can be satisfied at this level.
So I'll just tag along here and see if somebody comes up with a totally
restorative solution.
