For completeness ~

I reran the test with the kill a watt and a SB Radio. The meter measures
voltage (119vac), frequency (60Hz), current, wattage, power factor, and
VA. So, I recorded the wattage, VA, and PF readings, as the the load
seemed to change reactively, changing the PF.

Results below. Note that I also (as a check) calculated PF = W/VA, and
there is a bit of a different from the readings, but at lower values, so
perhaps resolution comes in to play. Note there are some goofy things
too, like playing at 50% volume lowering the VA.

Observation, soft power off (Clock Screen Saver) isn't off much at all.
Perhaps only the audio amp gets turned off? You can hear it come on and
off.

So @Slarti, looks like you either have to hard power off, or plug it
back in when not in use :). I usually eventually plug mine in before the
end of the day after using on battery.

I have not run the straight DC test, I do have the bits and pieces to do
it, but am thinking it might be moot at this point.

@POMDev - Please help check my work, it's early in the AM again

Jim
