Not to "parce" words, but sin is in every camp. I lost a fine Sr.Guide by asking to see documentation for the awards he was wearing on his uniform. He said he receved them from his "other" Outpost. I aked then, how did you advance to Master Rate while in this Outpost without your Commander (*Me) knowing<G> "I'd like a letter from your former Commander backing your claims" The scam fell apart.. Sr.Guide had raided the award closet at his former Outpost and "aquired" a full set of Trailblazer awards, and their would be no backing for any award he had recieved, converting the "Old track" to the "New track" back to his recruit! With the "scam" revieled.. Sr.Commander and leaders met and offered for him to make it right by haveing him do the requirements needed No-more No-less to achieve what he claimed as his rank. He refused. We relieved him of his job, and prayed with him for guidence.. Next Week.. His Mom brought a bag with his Uniform and pins.. At the bottom was a FCF frountiesman pin. Son Josh and I had sponsered the boy.. and I have a great emotional tie to FCF Youngbucks.. The boy went to youth, never said good-by or came back to appologize! *I'm telling you this because Honor is the result of personal integrity not a *pledge or *oath..
