I am not saying he has to stay, but he needs to leave with grace if it is
him doing the leaving.
And this is what I would do, no matter how difficult. I spent 4 years here. Technically longer than what would be 4 high school years in comparison. A high school year in Virginia is 180 days x4 ='s 720 for the whole time there. At this Job I have spent 1,460 days there which is about double the first figure. I have built up a stability there and have received many blessings. It would not be easy to do.
