This still is a free country and you can still be your own boss. You should
try it. Its not all that much fun. Much akin to babysitting only they're a
lot older. I never worked so hard in all my life. I finally quit hiring
and
started doing it all myself. I was gonna take the blame for someone elses
work and have to pay them to fix their own mistakes. Guess who had to fix
their mistakes for free. That'd be the boss.
And did you know that what business owners withhold for your s.s. taxes
thay
have to match. Mutiply that times however employees. And then theres
Insurance-workmans comp., liability, and maybe medical if your generous.
If a client doesn't pay the company guess who still gets paid-the employee!
Most accounts are 30 days some run over-can you wait that long to get paid.
Working capitol is needed to float everyones paycheck every week or maybe
 two.
I had guys quit and try it and they came crawling back. And that was just
working on their own without hiring anyone. Its not for the weak. Most
 businesses never make 2 years.
I've started my second business and refuse to hire anyone. I'll go to
another shop and hand it to them.
Yes sir the grass does look greener on the other side of the fence.
 Done ranting!
