I saw this done once but it's kind of gutsy. After being introduced and showing the congregation the boys ask all the men in the church to stand up. Then ask those that are Sunday School teachers, already Ranger commanders, pastors (staff), in choir, deacons, and ushers - whatever functions you want to list to sit down. The men left standing should be the ones left who aren't involved in another ministry that they can use as an excuse for not helping Rangers. If you kind of make a joke out of it you won't embarrass anyone but you'll get the point across that there are men who need something to be involved with.
