I made the experience, that this way didn�t work. So I tried it this way: I went to the microphone and told my church, that i had an positive problem: I have 16 boys in my team and only one commander. In this way, I showed them, that they can be a part of a good and god-blessed work, where they can help to bring Christ to a sinful youth. This way speaks more to the people, who wants to have a calling from god for their work. In my church are few people who have the gifts to be a RR-Leader, but they are waiting for a letter from heaven. Another thing I showed them is, that a RR-Leader gets an execllent charakter school and that RR is one of the best trainings before going into mission. I don�t know, if this will work in the USA, but in Germany it works!
