*Wow.. quality advice and deep fellowship!

Cdr.Eddie-Cdr.Bob *you guys read me 100% clear.

The quality of character in RR Leaders is admireable, and if
it was the nature of the boys.. to care for Royal Rangers as
much as the passioned Adult there would be zero problem's..

When you talk of "selling" the program to the boys..

The temptation is to offer a promise of adventure or recognition
in return for participation. The true thing a boy will sacrifice
for.. isn't allways a prize or reward.

*It's quiet honor... dignity and duty.

I feel it starts with a boy chooseing "membership" from his desire
and vision.. *mine began a long time ago when I looked at the old
art on the pioneer handbook<G> I got to see that come true.

*So it stung real good when the "Chartering Organization" acted
in out situation as they did.. and yes, it was a political thing.

Personaly, *I yielded... The Outpost is there's to do with as they please.
God's grace is big enough, we can re-boot<G> ..and with the understanding
expressed here *I'm on the road to recovery<G>

Love you'all!
