All, I agree 100% with what you all are saying. Later down the line I'd to see my outpost get rebuilt. The major problem is getting leaders that are committed. You just don't take the first person that says I want to be a leader without checking into his background. Even if his background clears, that doesn't mean he is committed. If you have one leader that is giving 100% and another leader is giving 50%. Sooner or later the leader giving 100% will have to ask what's the point? That alone could be the reason some outpost lose good leaders.
