What do you mean "Worshipped" Mary in the past tense? They still do! They
hadn't changed that. I went to a Catholic funeral a while back, my
grandfather's and the priest made a reference to Mary, and my brother says
to my mom,  "Mary? What does she have to do with anything?"   Mind you the
familial background was originally Catholic, but we were raised Presbyterian
because our parents had re-married and the Catholics excommunicate you if
you re-marry.
