You always are when you start exploring denominational differences. >*I have a long drive home in traffic, and for a couple of weeks >I have been tuneing in to "Cathloic Answers" www.cathloic.com > >There they take calls about the Cathloic faith and explain in very >understandible terms, all sorts of topics. Mark 3:32-35 32 A multitude was sitting around him, and they told him, "Behold, your mother, your brothers, and your sisters are outside looking for you." He answered them, "Who are my mother and my brothers?" 34 Looking around at those who sat around him, he said, "Behold, my mother and my brothers! 35 For whoever does the will of God, the same is my brother, and my sister, and mother." The multitude wasn't thinking "spiritual" brothers and sisters. Jesus corrected them to think that way. Jesus was the firstborn, and the only virgin birth of His mother, Mary. Others followed, born of Mary and Joseph. > Was "James" the >brother of Christ in the flesh? Part of the beauty of the Gospel is that Jesus never said you had to have perfect doctrine to be saved. Just believe in the Lord Jesus Christ in your heart and confess Him as Lord with your mouth. (Romans 10:9-10). Nowhere in the Bible does it say that you have to agree with a certain 27 points of doctrine to be saved. Doctrine is important, and good doctrine can save you plenty of grief, sickness, pain, and even natural death, but as for eternal life, there is only one road to Heaven: through Jesus Christ. You may hear about Him in an AG church, a Baptist church, or whatever denomination, including Catholic, and respond in faith, and be saved.
