I have been talking to a Ranger commander who has a prior felony
conviction in another state about ownership of a Blackpowder rifle for use
in FCF?
I know should he be in Rangers? This is a question the sectional
commander is checking out and he is not in my outpost either.But I am the
one who will be teaching blackpowder safety to qualify for the range and
before I would tell this guy anything I told him I would find a answer. I do
not want to lead him wrong but I also want to do what is right?
