As a word of caution. When we replace the Holy Spirit from leading and teaching and we put a man in that position we have walked away from what Christ has done for us. He promised the very best the Holy Spirit who is more than able to teach and guide every single one of us at our own level all at one time.
I haven't read the book and therefore can't comment on that specifically, but cells is the latest wave to hit the church. In Australia, we don't do the Adult Sunday School or Wednesday night meeting. Instead I think we've nearly always had "home fellowship" groups which are now being called "cell groups" - they are merely a time of fellowship, worship and bible study.
Just a thought - God always leads and teaches through a man [or woman].
