I don't see the first adult in supervision. A seventeen year old is not
always considered a adult. :-) Now on further reading I see the campout was
at the young man's house. I presume that the parents were home while this
was going on. Furthermore, he did have permission from the young men's
parents, the pastor and the Sr. Cmdr.
Sounds kosher to me...
