[RR] Gold Track

Hello all,
        I have Question about the Gold Track. After a Trailblazer completes his
requirements then he must go back and complete Pioneer requirements, do we
award the Trailblazer with the Pioneer awards to wear on his uniform also? 
He earned them. What do I do.
