That's not exactly right...

You have two achievement trails with the Gold-track... first the standard.
The standard track in Pioneers awards a powderhorn pin to Mt. man and the
silver hawk medal...
Your Trailblazer is NOT required to earn these, to earn the GMA! *He may..
however wear his highest Pioneer pin earned.. I suggest the Mt.Man is the
coolest<G>
The next achievement trail is the GOLD-Track.. it can be found in the
Pioneer handbook and the Trailblazer Handbook... *The reason here is to
encourage a Pioneer to continue on to the GMA haveing attempted to earn
achievement related to the GMA in those early years....
*Clearly....
Going back to do the GOLD-track in the Pioneers book *may be confuseing
to a "Trailblazer" as the "gold track" portion is presumed to be "above
and beyond" the standard... The book even states: Powderhorn gold-track
ect thru Mt.man gold-track... as it lables each achievement....
*However... it's not! Remember when reading a "Pioneer handbook" it
relates allways to a "Pioneer" to encourage him on....
*SO! Congradulation's on finding out how had it is to understand this<G>
*The GMA might be clear if it was all in one program... but as I
explained, the attempt is to reach down to Pioneers and encourage their
"cross-over" into Trailblazers and continued pursuit of the GMA!
THE ANSWER: No! do not award any pioneer pins... to a trailblazer GMA
who did not earn them on the "standard track" YES! if he earned the fair
and square... No More-No Less than what was required...
