I apologise in advance for my next statement which may be taken as
harsh. Your statement is irrational. Read the book and don't worry about
being exposed to it everyday. No one is exposed to it everyday. Sounds
like a cop out to me. 
        You said the boys were confused because somehow doing Pioneer work is
below them. The fact is Pioneers are now doing Trailblazer work early.
That smacks of laziness to me, on the boy's part.
        The bulk of my last post had to do with instruction for you all. Sit
down with your handbooks and your merit sheets and plan your program
around the Gold Track. Make up Pioneer Gold Track sheets that are not
perceived as going back and have them filled out as you review ( teach )
the material.
