God has a plan for you also. If we all followed pastors where would your
Gladys Aylwood's, David Livingstone's and Jackie Pullinger's come from.  To
me a pastor needs to be a facilitator rather than a dictator, a humble
servant rather than a proud aristocrat. One of the duties levied on a Ranger
commander is to set an example for the boys such as making sure you attend
church services. One of the areas where a lot of congregations struggle
seems to be getting people to clean. What if the pastor set the example and
joined the cleaning team?
