Have any of you had experience with busing kids into the program. Kids with
definite behavior problems...we have 20 Pioneer/Traiblzers that are
disrupting the program tremendously. We have made home visits, talked with
the parents, talked with the boys, we have a licensed counselor as their
commander.....how can we create a program where we can implement these boys
without
destroying the entire program. We had physical fights, extreme rebellion,
etc., last night from first time visitors as well as seasoned boys who knew
better...it is a weekly battle just to keep control ... we have 5 commanders
in that program and they were separated last night with the boys but still we
are unable to instruct....we want to minister but are at a dead end on
ideas...we have tried suspension, awards, one on one time etc.
