i agree with some sort of guide lines and reward system or punishment
system might work. However i do not agree with telling them they
will have to sit in service.If they are bussed in they should never
get the idea that it is a punishment to sit in church. This is the
opposite of what rangers is really about.We are to reach teach and keep
boys for jesus Christ and wnat to encouraage them to want ot be in
church.
Make sure you are making the program exciting so thye will want to
be there. instead of service maybe you could have a time out room
monitered by a willing gentleman from the council .
