Commander

 Pray, Pray, Pray!  I know you probably do alot of this, 
but it is always good to reiterate.  Maybe you and the 
other Commanders can find some time during the week to 
do some serious intercesory prayer for this group, if 
you don't do this already. 

 Also, do the boys fully understand the rules and 
consequences of their actions?  Did they have any say in 
making the rules and consequences?  Not saying it will 
work, but sometimes boys react better to something that 
they and their peers have created. Pray that things work 
out for you.  God bless.
