*Speaking only as an interested party to the presentation I viewed at the
Northwest Dist. Council with Cdr.Richard Marriott... Cdr.Jen asked him this
question
directly....

Cdr.Jen asked: "I 've been participating in a test program for the revised
Buckaroo program..
who will these changes effect those developments?"

His immediate answer struck us strange.

"The Ranger Kids program that you have been testing will be implemented as you see
here
with the addition of the 9 year old boy to the program, we've come to prefer the
circular achievements
you've been testing"

Cdr.Jen asked a clarifying question.. "I haven't been participating in a circular
program, but the one that
expands the 4 pins to 8 pins and has a advancement councilor"

Cdr.Rich paused... "So you are working with Cdr.Scott Manderville? I am aware of
that proposal,
it differs from Ranger Kids and perhaps the materials generated will be used
somehow to enhance Ranger Kids..
Like I said before.. all this is subject to review and discussion later with
Executive and is not in stone.."

I think there were two seperate "test" programs running at the same time...
