Yes, the national office had commissioned the sa/buck committee headed up by

Scott Mandeville to do a *study*, Commander Mariott was on the executive
committee and has been given complete updates.  This findings and
suggestions will be used in 
the new committees formed based on the recommendations of the National 
Executive Royal Rangers committee.

Be mindful, lest you all start a mutiny based on misinformation that will
give RangerNet a black-eye.
