Here's the issue that predates changes in National Commander...

There is a National Standing Committee that was working on the SA/Buckaroo
re-do..
those folks... (Cdr.Jen was a member) are even today un-informed as to their
status..
or the work they produced.. those efforts were headed by Cdr.Scott Manderville.

The change of Command seems in need of informing the troops of a few things.
I'm sure that is in the works! *GRACE!<G> (grace to Razorback and his staff)

Another member of the committee sent mail that Cdr.Manderville would be
remaining,
and that is yet to be published...

Ranger net is not an "authority" or responsible party in the matter outside of
the unique
ability to use E-mail to compare notes...

*So! the "black eye" given Ranger net is in the hands of those who would
mis-quote
what concerned Commanders ask in a post to a un-official internet list serve.

"Mutiny" charges are off base...

*First the announcement of Cdr.Hendrickson was via AG News over the Internet.
"What happened" questions are a reaction to lack of communication, not a
judgment
of Cdr.Rich or his new agenda... Does that sound fair?

However... the "New" program may in fact be far removed from the National
Standing Comm.'s
work, and been field tested without their knowledge... *My understanding is
that Cdr.Rich has broad
powers to meet the challenge of the executives mandate for changes to Royal
Rangers.

The SA/Buckaroo National Standing Committee- Like the NRRC does not have a
public service officer to answer these questions.... even Paul Stannek may not
have the
firm answer yet. I assume even Cdr.Rich is awaiting "fine tuneing" and the
information he
presents at SW regional will have evolved from our "briefing" last mo. in the
Northwest.

Thanks, Andy...yur A-ok!
