I don't know what to think.  This is news to me.  My wife and I, along with a 
number of other people throughout the US, including Cdr Jen, have been 
involved in a test program for S/A and Buc that was headed up by Scott 
Mandeville in Texas.  A Nat'l Standing Committee was formed at the direction 
of the National Office.  It involved an extensive rewrite of a lot of the 
material, and it was all but done.  I'd like to know what's going to happen 
to all of that work.
