Cdr. Jennifer is right on. I can testify that is Bible truth.

Yes, and the prophets and evangelists with healing ministries do the same today. They
teach on faith from the Word of God before they pray for healing, because faith comes
by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God.

Yes, Jesus did that MANY times, and very consistently.

Somebody had faith, there, too: Mary, Lazarus' sister. Note also that there was faith
of some close friends in the case of the paralytic let down through the roof. Then
there was the father or mother of someone delivered of demons or raised from the
dead... but most of the time it is the faith of the person healed or someone close to
them.
