The new program will care for the spiritual needs of our boys. We wil stil
be able to reach taeach and keep boys for christ, but a few of the changes
will enable us to do more in the area of advancement and grooming our young
men to be Spiritual Giants. the age groups will change ;
Ranger Kids - ages 5-7
Discovery Rangers - ages 8 - 10
Adventure Rangers - ages 11-13
Explorer Rangers - ages 14-17
The themes for Straight Arrow and Buckaroo of course will change and now they
will be able to have other themes to correspond with what theme they are
studying. Advancements can be started and finished in a time table that will
enable our boys to earn the GMA and NOT discourace them in the process. I
believe the program will benefit from Commander Marriot's vision for the
ministry.
