For those of you that make your boys earn the next rating or use
the point system. I have but one question, Why?
I agree with what Keith said. Do we make a boy stay home because
he did not earn a rating or has the points to go? Hmm now this would
be insterting: Honey, I'm going camping with Rangers this weekend.
It's Pow wow.
Wife: NO, you can not go. You did not get a raise with in the last year.
I can show you many commanders who would not question talking a boy
to Pow wow. They do not worry if there boys have the next rating or points.
If they don't worry about why should you?
