So with this new stuff it sounds like all of us have to go through LTC all
over again just so that we can stay on top of it? Right? I mean afterall,
some of us older folks probably could use a refresher course anyway, but
those of us who need to get briefed on all of the new stuff, there is no
longer any point in teaching LTC in the old method if the new one is going to
come in and replace it. Think about it, how confused would you be if you
were taught one thing and had to do another? This is a sure winner if you
want to frustrate the desire out your new commander recruits.
It was hard enough that the program made no provisions for ICS, when the new
advancement tracks came along. The program is more advanced than the ICS
that is taught. We all need to be reading off of the same sheet of paper. I
think the Missionettes did a wonderful job in getting their stuff together,
however, I have not seen them organize like the Rangers. They do not appear,
(at least here) to have the same type of organizational structuring that
Rangers has. We all need to be doing the same things, We don't need to be
there confusing our adults let alone the children, with all of the changes,
If they are going to make a change for the new stuff, institute it right
away, go with it and don't phase it in. The confusion will happen during the
phase in and we will loose people with all of the changes.
