Just a few questions:
1. Does any one have any ideas to promote the RR in a church?
2. Also how do we work on leaders (or lack of)?
3. Is there any biblical way I can explain FCF and the costumes and way of
being to a parent or commander?
4. Any ideas to promote the RR in the community?
5. If we have a great emphasis on a leader taking LTC, NTC, and so forth why
is this same emphasis not placed on preparing them selves biblically to
include religion and customs and cultures? What can be done?
6. We say that we are to reach, keep and teach these boys for Christ; but
what can we do to reach, teach, keep those leaders Christ has placed in this
ministry?
7. How can we involve the Leaders family example wife and our children to
share in the ministry?
8. Are there any courses available on time management? And where are they
available? As so many (leaders) either place to much time into the ministry
neglecting their families or not enough time into the ministry neglecting
their calling.
9. Are there conventions just for leaders and there families where they can
all share and exchange ideas, or cry in each others arms? You know picnic,
volleyball, boating, possibly with a council fire.
10. Are there CD material that will assist the leader with any material he
many not be familiar with?
11. How do we motivate a leader when he or she feel inapt to do what we know
they can?
12. Why do so many in our churches take this ministry for granted?
13. How do we involve the men's ministry?
14. In a small church how do we raise funds for equipment? There heart are
there, they have some boys but this is all.
