In that case, why don't they suspend every other student who drives a car?
I would assume that every other car has a tire iron in the trunk. These
have been used before to beat someone, and can be construed to be a weapon.

Why don't we suspend every female student who keeps a nail file in her
purse?

Why don't we just see how rediculiously far we can go with this before
common sense can prevail?

*I'm for it...

An Eagle Scout would agree to live by the law.

I also agree that it's likely he was telling the truth.
...his status as a Scout may speek of potential character,
but his action in this matter will be test of character.

Zero means zero...
