Cause things are accomplished by knee jerk reactions. Something bad
happens then everyone gets on the band wagon against it.

Again, if killings start happening with nail files then they will be
banned. They may already be on the list of banned items in some school
districts.

Granted these rules sound rediculious when someone normal :-) gets
caught in them. Now if it was someone planning evil we would be
applauding for their being caught. The difficulty is applying a double
standard to the rules. One acception leads to another and so on and so
forth.
