Make LTC a weekend camp and you have NTC. Louisiana District has an "LTC
College"
which runs concurrent with thier district training academy. Lasts five days
and covers the entire LTC from Section one through campout. They have been
known to go to Africa and teach LTC College and NTC back to back.
