If it's any help to anyone... JLTC has undergone major overhaul....

I went through JLTC in 1981 and found that it was just a mini-NTC, so NTC in
1984 was a breeze for me, since I knew exactly what to expect.... then I
spent 12 years in the Navy... so I got to do the 'real' boot camp too.

It's ironic... they very week I started Navy boot camp was the week I was
supposed to be on staff at an NTC... but "uncle sam" got to me first.... go
figure. :-)

JLTC is much different now. It's all training, not boot camp. (At least it
is in NCN).

Parson.

Subject: [RR] NTC Letter and Rebuttal

Having recently read an individual's NTC report and the responses that
followed, I felt constrained to write about my own experiences at a nearly
identical NTC. Also, the author of said report has invited anyone who will
in Rangernet to attempt to repudiate by the Word of God the claims and set
forth in his report and the motives behind them to do so, "where all others
have failed". I was happy to have a go at it myself, having nothing in
particular to lose in any case, except for maybe my pride, which at any rate
I need to lose anyway!
So, if anyone would like to have a look, just step right up and check out
the attatched file...
