Aw Come-on man, Why don't you go cry somewhere else?  I have seen commanders 
do complete turn around after attending NTC.  They NO LONGER yell at their 
boys, or blow their stack in front of the boys.  And It is all due to the 
fact that some Senior Guide at an NTC course took the time to show them what 
not to do.  Remember not everyone is perfect but all are forgiven.  If we can 
teach a commander the correct way to treat his boys through one negative 
example then so be it. After all that's why COMMANDERS go to NTC and NOT 
boys.  Just my two cents worth.
