*I did Dennis, '96 NTC with Camp Co. Rich Marriot..
(*enough for name dropping)
I happen to want to ask a *reflective question.. that-
if NTC training used the Patrol so effectively, why then
didn't it have a segment on placeing or facilitateing the
very same structure in every Royal Ranger outpost?
Q? Does NTC recomend the Patrol system used at the
camp as a framework for the boys?
*Reflect on the current state of "Patrol Spirit" in your boys,
or on the boys accross the Nation... beyond a flag, bolo and
cheer.. the Patrol is a powerfull force for good.
If I'm off target and out in left field then rise up and tell me
to get off the bus... If I'm good on some parts- loopy on
others then let me correct my thinking with "insight"..
But if I'm on target- and what we do is have MEN thinking
they are the center of the Outpost, then "National Training is
a waste of time"
