You can run it that way.

I wanted the indoor events to feed the
interest of the younger groups and outdoor
events to represent the promise of adventure
as in the LTC Section 4 question 52 that reads:

"There are many values found in camping that
are seldom found in other activities"

The pinewood derby is a distraction to an active
outdoor program. It's better suited for younger
non-camping ages.
