I didn't mean to offend you but it did make my mouth drop open. The
Challengers Group in our Outpost setup and run most campouts, races,
events etc. I as Sr./Sectional Commander only make sure they are
impowered to achive what they are there for. We work together as a team
but it mainly works with me pointing towards a goal and the Challengers
getting the vision and making it happen.

Please don't get upset with us on Rangernet. If you were sitting in the
same room with us and you could see us face to face you would get a whole
lot more communincation from us then what we can manage with email. I am
the worst at expressing myself using email. So please forgive me. If we
were to be discussing these things around a campfire there would be a lot
less missunderstandings and more empathy for what each of us have to say.
So please allow for my/our short comings.

Thank you for sharing even if it caused me to do a double take. GRIN!!!

Mark Jones
