You forgot, an inspirtion to those who serve under you. I come
under Victor's authority being a commander in New South Wales
and I respect his opions greatly as I do the man.
Victor has brought Rangers in NSW into the 21st Century.
For someone to call him a dunce is firstly unchristian (do do not

without any knowledge of him.
