Well, as far as it being law for the dean or president to accomodate you...I would not be too sure. Just yesterday I was listening to a talk show on radio, I think it was Family Life with Dennis rainey or something, they were talking about college classes on pornography. A student was required to take a class in which the final exam consisted of producing a pornographic video. The female proffessor stated that it should be as "risque" as they could imagine. The student took this to the president, who supported the professor, saying that the class held merit and included valid subject matter.
