OK, that works for me.  Just thought that all the districts would be on the same time frame, since National is standardizing things.  Out here we have always had a good month between Section, Division & District events, so the boys could get ready for the next level.  Now the District evaluation will be at the Divisional level for us, but a month apart.   Some areas have been tightened up & some relaxed as is to be expected.  I never had heard of a pre-inspection inspection for uniforms before.
