The Information has been on the national website since last fall. I downloaded it last October. As the programs coordinator in my region i know i gave the info and copies to all my districts. I have people in my section who CLAIM they never were told or saw it. i know it has been brought up at our district and sectional meetins and is on our website. Once again boys lose because leaders fail to follow up   denis
