Hey Mark, since you have the special privilege of having the excel files on the CD, could you send 'em my way?  It would help a bunch.   I know all about the binder, as I am looking over it every day to try and get the idea of how it is to be run.  I gave my staff copies of the first 23 pages & general assignments on Tuesday & will meet next Tuesday to discuss it more.   Not having much luck in recruiting leaders with or without LMA's to help though.   BTW:  Go to the National website and download the 21 page ROTY packet since yours seems to be missing the boys portion.   I concur that National has done a great job, just wish they had been able to get it out a little earlier.  We have a full Fall to get ready for and this just makes it harder.   Jim Hufferd
