Not defending Marc, but I do want to point out, even if the list was setup
perfectly some of those 30k users are going to wind up reporting the
newsletter to Razor (some people are just too lazy to unsubscribe to a list
and will report it as spam instead).  I think what Marc is upset about is
that when this happens there is (currently) no good way to deal with the
problem.

I suspect it's actually unsolvable (see my earlier messages), but would like
to be proved wrong.
