I assure you Gary, 2.5 is not the maximum possible score for razor.

Anything that arrives in my office with a high Razor confidence level
gets a score way over 5, enough to have procmail send it straight to
/dev/null.

The only way it can get into razor is to have somebody ELSE report it
after it was already delivered to them.
Therefore, by definition, it was not mail we wanted, even tho it was
mail someone else wanted us to have.

We periodically grep our mail log for high razor confidence levels
and examine sender addresses to be sure we are not missing
something, We have never found any false positives.
